Location: Salina, Kansas
Start Date: 07-27-2026
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Full-time, Day shift (weekend and on-call requirements discussed at interview)
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $65,000+/year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Provide education to patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
- Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification (BLS or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuer) obtained within 90 days of employment
- Hospital experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
- CPR certified
