This person will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, KPI analysis, margin analysis, internal controls, audits, reporting packages, and scalable processes as the company continues to grow. Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience preferred CPA with public accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge Advanced Excel and financial systems experience Strategic, hands‑on operator with strong communication skills and the ability to partner with operations leaders High ownership, urgency, and accountability Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
