We are seeking a Construction Financial Analyst to join our dynamic, team-oriented office

located in Zionsville, Indiana. Primary responsibilities include the review and analysis of monthly pay applications/draws from general contractors and the preparation of detailed construction monitoring reports for our clients. The typical workload also includes the initial set-up of new projects, monthly line by line analysis of the pay applications to identify any major discrepancies, and ongoing communication with general contractors to request additional clarification as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial information and documents and prepare reports following a template.

• Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dedicated, well organized, and able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously.

• Detail oriented with the ability to focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude with a desire to contribute ideas for improvement.
