Welder We are searching for an experienced welder at our Wilmington, NC facility. This role is perfect for a candidate who just received their welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be a part of an amazing team! Responsibilities include: Setup machines to exacting specifications and prepare machines for production Operate various projection welding machine setups Arrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processing Check all dimensions/locations of hardware cut-outs and frame handing for accuracy Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees as well as end user Install all required reinforcements, including but not limited to hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets and closer reinforcements Qualifications include: Must be proficient at reading work orders Must have a concern for quality control Able to work in a fast-paced environment Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. **Please no third-party candidates or phone calls**
