Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification preferred, or actively pursuing
Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience
Proficient in GAAP and STAT standards and compliance with SOX
Skilled in financial reporting and analysis
Experience supervising junior staff and fostering professional growth
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated customer service skills
