Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) required
• Demonstrated experience working in a school environment
• Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and implementing evidence-based therapy
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Able to adapt to varying student needs and caseloads across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional learning sessions
