Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms. Demonstrate empathy and build caring rapport with residents. Promote resident independence and self-care. Deliver care according to individual service plans. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Conduct safety checks at the start of each shift and communicate resident status at shift change. Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Complete incident reports accurately and promptly. Follow safety and infection control policies to prevent communicable illnesses. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Recognize and report concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort. Respect resident rights and promote independence regardless of background or health status. Address residents' behavioral and psychosocial needs. Qualifications: Current CNA license (preferred). Commitment to health and safety. Reliability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, compassionate attitude. Physical stamina. CPR certification and fingerprint clearance.
