Supply Chain Supervisor

Supply Chain Manager
This person will inherit an established SAP supply chain process at a manufacturing facility with plans to expand located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This site’s management team is built on integrity and the operators are long term employees. This includes oversight of the warehouse and shipping departments. The overall responsibility of this role is in supply chain planning, on-time deliverables, corporate reporting, managing inventory, working with in-house purchasing, and analyzing data to improve profitability. They are looking for someone who has a proactive personality and who likes working on the strategic side of supply chain management. Top tier insurance benefits. Relocation assistance is provided.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS or BA Degree.
- Looking for 5+ years managing a supply chain organization with an emphasis on shipping and warehousing.
- 2+ years of previous supervision experience or the ability to show evidence of leadership skills.
- Should be out of manufacturing – best fits would be pharmaceuticals, chemicals, foods, or consumer products.
- Need to know ERP systems, ideally SAP.
