Location: Pineville, LA, US Employment Type: Regular Category: Logistics This role is eligible for $2500 sign on bonus. Arkema is seeking a Truck Driver based in Pineville, Louisiana to safely transport and deliver light mercaptansodorants used for natural gas and propaneto customer sites across North America. This role involves long-distance driving, hands-on technical work, and independent decision-making to ensure all deliveries are completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. This position is ideal for experienced CDL drivers who are comfortable working autonomously in a safety-critical environment, and who take pride in maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport light mercaptans using company-owned bulk trucks and DOT-approved containers
• Operate and connect delivery and yard equipment safely, often without direct supervision
• Prepare trucks and equipment to meet DOT and company safety standards
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers to ensure site readiness and safe access
• Load delivery vessels in coordination with facility operators
• Complete all required delivery, expense, and regulatory documentation
• Maintain accurate DOT logs, training records, and licenses
• Participate in driver meetings and required safety training

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL license in good standing (Louisiana preferred)
• Hazmat endorsement
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the petrochemical industry or similar industrial environment
• Experience with long-distance or cross-country driving
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with delivery equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make safety-focused decisions

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to drive for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb and perform physical tasks related to loading and deliveries
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America
