Position: Certified Hand Therapist/Occupational Therapist Location: 25101 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy. Ste B1340. Peoria, AZ 85383 Incentives: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (flexible schedule with 2 evenings until 6 pm) Compensation: Salaried, starting at $85,000/Yr and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a skilled hand therapist experienced in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the necessary resources for success. While CHT certification is preferred, we enthusiastically welcome applicants preparing for the exam or those with extensive hand therapy experience. Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs. Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
