Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans addressing their unique circumstances.

  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that considers all aspects of mental health and well-being.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

  • Educate patients about their mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently for documentation and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises individuals across a broad spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. This role necessitates cultural competence and sensitivity, as you will be interfacing with diverse populations, fostering a therapeutic relationship that prioritizes trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is essential.

  • A strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based treatments is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
