Set and achieve restaurant goals in collaboration with senior leaders. Lead a team of Assistant Managers, helping them set their own goals and following up on progress. Provide coaching and direction to improve performance. Hire and develop Assistant and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also valued.
