Leadership: develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff; lead curriculum execution. Public speaking: communicate program offerings to staff and customers. Customer Service: provide outstanding membership experience and support. Business Indicators: assist the Gym Director in studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances. Office tasks: answer phone calls, texts, emails, voicemail, and walk‑in inquiries. Cleaning: maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.
