Summary

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead our Tropical Smoothie Café team in delivering exceptional service and quality. This role is vital in driving our mission of promoting healthy living while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
• Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
• Marketing within the community
• Collaborate with franchisee to align with corporate standards
• Hands on in kitchen

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry
• Knowledge of inventory control and food safety standards
• Experience in staff training and development
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary $54,340, increase depending upon sales volume and meeting metrics
• Incentives currently $20,000/year upon meeting metrics
