Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician you will deliver exceptional primary care within our Creighton East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona. To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician.You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will exhibit effective communication skills and thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. Outpatient + Inpatient Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only) Outpatient: 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week) Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days Great MA support + RN onsite Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix-Open rank based on prior experience and academic output Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
