Job Description

Description of the Role

We are seeking a Full Time Certified Ford Technician to join our team at Lincoln of Memphis. As a Certified Ford Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
Conducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and provide accurate repair solutions
Repairing or replacing faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, or electrical systems
Ensuring all repairs and maintenance work are performed according to manufacturer's guidelines and specifications
Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies
Communicating with customers and providing clear explanations of repair procedures and costs
Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements

Valid certification as a Ford Technician
Prior experience working as a Ford Technician
Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and their complex systems
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and customer service skills

Benefits
