We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our remote team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of disability claims for professional athletes. This is a high-impact position requiring a blend of project management, medical literacy, and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage a pipeline of active claims, ensuring all DocuSign and medical release authorizations are executed promptly.

● Coordinate with the NFL and various medical institutions to retrieve and organize athlete health records.

● Develop a deep understanding of neurological specialist evaluations to support the validity of each claim.

● Draft formal claim applications and, when necessary, craft detailed appeal letters to challenge claim denials.

● Report directly to the leadership team (Justin Levine) to meet strict filing deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

● Education: Minimum High School diploma; candidates with a legal or paralegal background are encouraged to apply.

● Skills: Demonstrated ability to learn complex industries quickly. You must be proactive, consistent, and "hungry" to contribute to a growing boutique firm.

● Communication: Strong professional writing skills are essential for the appeals process.

● Reliability: This is a fixed-shift position; candidates must be available and online during the 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET window.
