Part-Time Pay : $55K - $75K annually, on average. Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist As a vital part of our clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality therapy services to help children achieve their functional goals. Your role involves collaborating with other healthcare providers and educating patients, families, and caregivers on supporting their progress. Key Responsibilities Client Satisfaction : Ensure a 95% positive satisfaction rate, measured through random surveys. Goal Achievement : Meet 80% of proposed goals by re‑evaluation. Efficiency : Achieve 100% of billable hours as outlined in your Employment Agreement. Attendance : Maintain a 90% or higher arrival rate during scheduled hours. Timely Documentation : Complete daily documentation within 24 hours of patient visits and all evaluations/re‑evaluations/progress reports within 48‑72 hours.
