Responsible for maintaining dish room, dish machine and 3 compartment sinks. Assists in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.**Essential Job Functions*** Knowledge of sanitary guidelines as outlined by the SNHD.* Knowledge of dish machine operations and 3 compartment sink set up.* Assures water temperatures are properly maintained in the dish machine and 3 compartment sinks.* Restocks and stores all dishes, baskets, glassware, utensils, pots and pans in proper locations.* Removes all garbage, empty boxes and used oil from the kitchen.* Keeps dish, walk-ins, restrooms and storage areas clean and organized.* Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or manager on duty.* Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and be able to bend, lift, stretch and kneel without restriction.* Must be able to tolerate prolonged exposure to heat, cold and or wet environment.* The individual must be able to transport up to 50 lbs on occasion and up to 35 lbs regularly.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Must be 21 years or older.* Must possess a valid health card from the Southern Nevada Health District* Previous experience in desired position preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
