Job Title: CMM Programmer
Location: Columbus, GA | Onsite
Salary: $100K $115K/Year

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong Camio software and LK/Nikon CMM experience to support aerospace manufacturing and dimensional inspection of complex engine components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using Camio.
• Inspect aerospace components such as blades, vanes, disks, rings, and seals.
• Interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and OEM specifications.
• Perform FAI per AS9102 and generate accurate inspection reports.
• Conduct CMM program validation, correlation studies, and repeatability checks.
• Troubleshoot measurement, fixturing, and dimensional issues.
• Support quality, manufacturing, and machining teams with inspection and root-cause activities.
  
  
  
  

Required Skills

• 2 5+ years of CMM Programming/Metrology experience.
• Strong Camio + LK/Nikon CMM experience.
• Experience with PC-DMIS/Hexagon or Calypso is highly preferred.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, 3D CAD, AS9102, FAI, MSA, and SPC knowledge.
• Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience.
• Experience with tight-tolerance components and materials such as Inconel, Titanium, or Waspaloy.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
