Certified Medical Technician (CMT) Duties and Responsibilities: The Certified Medical Technician (CMT) is primarily responsible for preparing medications for patients, assists with other duties as needed Administering various types of medication throughout the day Recording every dose of medication administered Observing patients to look for changes The Certified Medical Technician (CMT) is a valued member of the team and is critical in notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with patients Following all safety protocols Certified Medical Technician (CMT) skills and qualifications: Written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions Ability to prepare medication doses accurately Patient, calm demeanor Strong problem-solving skills Certified Medical Technician (CMT) Benefits: Sign-On Bonus $$$$$$ Valued member of a real team!
