If you're passionate about enriching the lives of residents through engaging activities, we’d love to hear from you! Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in recreation or related fields. Skills: Proficiency in one or more areas, such as art, music, dance, trivia, games, exercise, movies, literature, or poetry. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents of diverse backgrounds. Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities for large groups, small groups, and one-on-one sessions. Clear communication and enthusiasm to motivate residents to participate actively. Education: High School Diploma (minimum requirement). Key Responsibilities Plan and organize engaging activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. Implement and oversee recreational programs and services that enhance residents’ quality of life. Collaborate with community agencies and resources to expand activity options. Adapt and adjust activities based on resident feedback and needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Why Work at The W Group?
