Facility Contractor Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX, 75038 Duration: 12-month extendable contract Shift details: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, opening, tracking, and closing work orders.
- Checking third party service provider timecards, reviewing timesheets, and entering timekeeping data into cost tracking spreadsheets.
- Creating purchase requisitions for materials and supplies needed by the maintenance team.
- Serving as the central contact for onsite facility requests and ensuring timely, professional customer service.

Required Experience:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 4+ years (Business Admin exp - must have)
- Facilities Exp (preferred)
- Any work order management system
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a facilities-related role
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Additional requirements: 4+ years experience required
