CDL Class A Truck Driver-(Travel required)

Job Opportunity

Border States Paving is hiring! Travel required throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. Most work in 2026 will be near Jamestown, ND. Season run approximately April-November. The CDL Driver will operate one or more types of trucks such as belly dump, water truck, and semi-tractor to transport equipment and loose materials, such as aggregate, asphalt, and other materials and/or equipment to various job sites throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. Maintains assigned truck in a safe and clean condition and performs light maintenance. Extensive summer hours. Must be willing to travel.

Education/Experience: Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prefer a minimum of two years of related driving experience in asphalt road construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience. HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements preferred for road crew drivers. CDL/Class A.

Excellent pay and benefits: $34.27 per hour plus $19.28 per hour fringe (covers health insurance premium & pension) plus $350 weekly per diem towards housing of choice.
