Receptionist [PRN]

Location: BBHR - BROKEN BOW, OK 74728. Shift: Evening. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously. Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and staff at the front entrance. Monitor and respond appropriately to door alarms and facility entry systems. Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and general inquiries. Maintain communication logs and front desk documentation. Support administrative staff with clerical duties as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and department leaders regarding visitor or resident concerns. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and telephone system knowledge. Ability to multitask and remain organized. Professional appearance and demeanor.
