Responsibilities As a sales specialist, you will build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction by guiding them through vehicle purchases in our no‑haggle sales environment. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you'll help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. You will also drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure a top‑notch experience and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.
