Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design and execution of user-centered digital products and services, ensuring high standards of user experience and measurable improvements. This role involves creating comprehensive design deliverables, conducting user research, collaborating with stakeholders, and working within agile product teams to deliver complex digital solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:

• Proven experience in user experience and product design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in creating design deliverables such as mood boards, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of user research methods and the ability to apply insights to design.
• Experience with Figma and XDstudio design tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for presenting designs and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.

• Proficiency in coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating design blueprints, information architecture, presentations, and reports.
• Ability to incorporate web analytics and performance metrics into design decisions.

• Must be able to facilitate design discussions and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to iterate design deliverables based on feedback.

• Work within agile product teams, which may require flexible collaboration and iteration cycles.
