When working, you will move cars between our production facilities and delivery hubs for safe and timely delivery of customer cars. We offer competitive pay with a pay per mile compensation structure, plus bonus opportunities including night route differential, quarterly bonus, extra day pay, and more. Responsibilities Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance Load and secure vehicles on our 9‑car haulers Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log Transport vehicles between Carvana locations Adhere to the delivery schedule Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL Ensure safe and timely delivery of our customer cars Communicate with the transportation team Qualifications Valid CDL driver’s license with Med Card At least 21 years of age Ability to read, write, and speak English Six months of tractor‑trailer experience in last 3 years or equivalent military experience Must be able to walk 75ft and climb a 10‑ft ladder Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure load Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in outdoor environment Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity Requires use of safety equipment (non‑slip shoes, gloves, protective garments) Requires frequent driving This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
