Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and event activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing a company professionally, and gaining hands-on experience in event coordination, customer service, and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies. Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Maintain organized and welcoming event areas. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support lead generation through customer interactions and outreach. Assist with distributing promotional materials and information. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Provide general support during events and promotional activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required. Additional Information
