Automated Health Systems has full time customer service positions available in Marlborough, MA.

In this role, you will assist consumers with their MassHealth account.

This is an onsite position. We are located at 325 Donald Lynch Blvd, Marlborough MA 01752

• Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
• Providing accurate and consistent information.
• Providing quality customer service and support.

Qualifications for the position include:

• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
