This is a part-time opportunity working two days per week in our New London office . Schedule Part-time position Two days per week Based at our New London, CT office Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's individual needs Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient office operations Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care Skills & Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Valid Connecticut dental license Pediatric dentistry certification or specialization preferred Experience in pediatric dentistry preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS Passion for caring for children Excellent communication skills Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Friendly and professional demeanor Valid malpractice liability insurance Current license to practice dentistry Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome!
