American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with 1-3 years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in a Radiation Oncology department at a community hospital in Georgetown, KY. Requirements Certified Radiation Therapist (CRT) credential required AHA certifications required prior to start 1-3 years of experience preferred Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration License required if applicable Responsibilities Work in a Radiation Oncology department at a 75-bed acute care community hospital Adult patient population with high-volume cancer sites including breast, lung, prostate, and colorectal Daily caseload of 10-20 patients treated per day Uses TrueBeam Linear Accelerator EMR systems include Aria, Medhost, and Athena Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekend, float, or on-call requirements 13-week contract Deliver radiation therapy treatments in a Radiation Oncology outpatient-style setting within a community hospital Orientation is held weekly on Mondays Navy blue scrubs required; t-shirts and quarter-zips with facility logo are not acceptable Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts Job ID: P-734328 Open Positions: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Newsandtribune
