Urgent Care Pediatrician Opportunity (Half-Time) - North Texas

Location Fort Worth Urgent Care Center Overview Cook Children's Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatrician to join our dynamic Urgent Care team. This is a half‑time opportunity for a pediatrician with strong procedural skills who thrives in a team environment and champions excellent outcomes for our sicker children. Candidates with pediatric urgent care or emergency department experience strongly preferred. Part‑time (.50 FTE), 6–7 shifts per month (approximately). Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date) Successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics Pediatric urgent care or emergency department experience preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Malpractice coverage Health and dental insurance Excellent retirement program Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
