Pay: $19-$21 flat rate

Schedule: Monday-Friday. Service Department Hours: 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday.

This position is onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Thoroughly clean, wash, wax, polish, and detail interior and exterior vehicle surfaces
• Recondition new and pre-owned vehicles for display and customer delivery
• Shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, condition interior materials, and remove stains and odors
• Perform paint decontamination, buffing, polishing, and paint touch-up
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet dealership quality standards before delivery
• Maintain inventory appearance on the sales lot
• Operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently
• Help with lot organization and vehicle movement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You'll Bring

• We prefer 1+ year of professional automotive detailing experience.
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Comfortable to stand, bend, lift, and work both indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
