Strategic HR Leader: Talent & Labor Relations
Celestica
Celestica is seeking an HR Lead to manage site-level human resources and labor relations, including policy development, staffing strategies, and performance management. You will coach managers, handle investigations, and partner with senior leadership on organizational change initiatives. The role requires 7–10 years of HR leadership, strong knowledge of labor laws, and hands-on experience with HRIS and compensation practices.
