You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our Fans. Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation. Consistently deliver on KPIs, embrace cross‑training across store functions, and mentor new team members. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Demonstrated care in communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 years, and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours up to 12 per week base, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability important.
