Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead

Integra LifeSciences seeks a senior Oracle EBS Finance functional lead to support and enhance finance processes across Record-to-Report and Cost Accounting. The role involves hands-on configuration, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and SLA
Support cost updates, reconciliations, period close, journal validation, and finance reporting operations
Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and support testing and integrations
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable fixes and enhancements
Identify and implement finance process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and reporting

Requirements

10+ years hands-on Oracle EBS Finance functional experience
Deep knowledge of subledgers, General Ledger, Cost Management, and Inventory integrations
SQL proficiency and experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Power BI, and financial reporting
Proven expertise in configuration, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and production support
Experience with third-party integrations including payments, tax, and data migration
Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Compensation: $109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary
