Job Description

Do you enjoy managing the details behind a major customer account? As a Customer Support Analyst, you will support a national retail account by keeping orders, billing, forecasts, and reports accurate and on track. You will work with the customer, internal sales team, and warehouse partners to resolve issues and keep information moving.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable with numbers, can build and analyze Excel pivot tables, and has supported large corporate accounts. Prior Walmart experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large corporate or national customer accounts
• Ability to create pivot tables in Excel and use data to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Experience working in SAP or another ERP system
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage competing requests
• Customer service, order fulfillment, EDI, or supply chain experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders and billing information
• Maintain account information in the ERP system
• Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and forecast data
• Coordinate with warehouses to obtain shipping documents and resolve order issues
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for customer and internal account teams
• Assist with claims, contract requests, and other account initiatives
• Maintain accurate customer records and support other members of the customer service team as needed

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal pay equity, and market conditions.
