Position Overview

As a CVOR Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, execution, and recovery phases of cardiovascular surgical procedures. Youll collaborate with a specialized surgical team to ensure patient safety, maintain a sterile environment, and provide expert intraoperative care. Your advanced clinical skills and attention to detail will be critical in delivering exceptional outcomes for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterile and ready for use

Assist the surgical team during procedures, anticipating needs and providing instruments and supplies promptly

Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition during surgery, ensuring their stability and safety

Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to provide seamless, patient-centered care

Educate patients and families on preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery processes

Accurately document all perioperative activities, interventions, and patient outcomes in compliance with facility protocols
