AV Installation Technician

AV Installation Technician Department: Technician Employment Type: Full Time Location: Wilmington, NC (PCSS) Reporting To: Technician Manager Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 / hour Description You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
- Our Office: 6622 Gordon Rd # H, Wilmington, NC 28411
- Projects in and around Wilmington, NC
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Mon-Fri from 7:30am to 4:00pm

- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Setup and configuration of devices
- Understanding of networks
- Troubleshooting of devices
- Work With Control & Lighting Systems (Control4, Crestron, Savant, Lutron, etc)
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Mush have a valid driver's license
- Must pass NC Alarm Board background check
- $23-$27/hr
- 60% paid health insurance for employee (access to other types of insurance and HSA)
- 2% gifting to Simple IRA
- PTO: 2 weeks, year 1-4: 3 weeks year 5+ employment
- 7 paid holidays
