HVAC Installer (Lead Mechanic)

Buric Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer (Level 3/Lead Mechanic) to join our growing team. Since 2000, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and treating our employees like family.

What You'll Do

Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects
Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and controls
Train and mentor junior installers
Perform system startups, testing, and troubleshooting
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HVAC installation experience
Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
Experience with Mitsubishi and American Standard equipment preferred
EPA certification and refrigerant recovery knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
