- Support overall management and quality of master data across multiple domains.
- Facilitate master data activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Enable enterprise data governance programs to support informed business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with functional and technical leaders to develop and implement data governance initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for master data from both business and data perspectives.
- Manage and analyze maintenance requests, determine corrective actions, and ensure data integrity in key systems.
- Establish and oversee account issue resolution processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end master data updates and improvements.
- Conduct planned and ad-hoc data analysis, as well as resolve master data issues.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures for relevant data domains.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive global data catalog, business glossary, and data standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance data flow, quality, and value.
- Collaborate in developing recommendations for critical business processes and assess impacts of changes to master data domains.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
