What You'll Be Doing

? Process and enter contract information with speed and accuracy

? Scan, organize, and index documents to keep records clean and accessible

? Review cancellation requests and ensure all required documentation is received

? Communicate with customers and business partners via phone and email to resolve missing information

? Manage inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset

? Document interactions and maintain accurate records

? Support departmental productivity goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience

? Jump in where needed and help support various administrative and operational functions
