Job Description

Provides radiology diagnostic interpretations for the purpose of assisting other specialty services in the screening, assessment, diagnosis and interventional, treatment of medical conditions of the patient population.

Promotes communication/interactions between medical team members, patients and their families to facilitate the medical treatment process.

Provides clinical supervision to resident, students, and interns when applicable.

Acts as consultant to clinical services.

Complete clinical documentation and attach it to appropriate encounter for accurate workload capture.

Communicates emergent finding directly to the treating service in a timely manner, in accordance with critical values list and notification guidelines.
