Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise will support students in developing the communication skills necessary for academic and social success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
  • Active state licensure as an SLP and certification to work in schools
  • Previous experience in educational or pediatric environments highly valued
  • Knowledgeable about assessing and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Compassionate, organized, and adaptable to meet individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of elementary and preschool students, creating individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed progress evaluations for students
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators and families to develop strategies supporting student growth
  • Document services and maintain compliance with district and state special education guidelines
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for student success
