Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:
- We typically look for 12+ years of relevant experience paired with a bachelors degree, or 8 years of experience with a masters degree.
- We value recognized expertise in AI/ML and within the Snowflake ecosystem.
- We seek a strategic thinker who can shape regional practice direction and develop scalable frameworks.
- We expect strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI/ML topics and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- We consider impact through the adoption of authored assets, success in high-priority strategic accounts, and influence across the regional practice.
- We create reusable solution patterns, global reference architectures, and practice-wide technical white papers.
- We modernize legacy platforms such as Netezza, Teradata, and Exadata into Snowflake AI workloads using deep architectural expertise.
- We serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior executives, connecting business strategy with AI execution.
- We design enterprise-grade guardrails for large language models, addressing safety, hallucination control, and latency at scale.
- We guide complex data migrations from on-premises legacy systems into cloud environments ready for AI.
- We determine technical approaches for high-impact assignments that influence regional or global design outcomes.
