Advanced Practice ProviderWork Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No holidays or call.Be part of something remarkableAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.Conduct routine physical exams.Conduct focused health histories and physical exams of patients with acute and/or chronic health problems.Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.Establish a working diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.Prescribe medications and/or treatment and monitor patient's response.Prescribe and treat within the full scope of primary careEducation:If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.Licenses and Certifications:Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
