We OfferCompetitive base salary plus bonus.Full coverage for medical, dental, and vision.Ample vacation days, personal leave, and holidays.Complimentary access to all our fitness centers.Exclusive deals on fitness products and wellness services.Work hours that fit your personal and professional commitments.On-site fitness classes, wellness programs, and a supportive community.Maintain and upgrade your certifications at little to no cost.Leverage our large member network to grow your business.Regular workshops and training sessions.Team-building events, wellness challenges, and UFC recognition programs!ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training/MMA team that aligns with company values and goals.Provide tours of the Club, explain services offered by the Fitness Department and sign members up for training agreements and appointments.Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.Comply with operational procedures in the club and follow up with compliance checks through the monitoring of club systems and employee performance.Work the floor to assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.Sell training sessions.
