Northbound Executive Search
A leading NYC financial services firm is seeking a Loan Closer professional to join their team. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the closing process for new loan investments, amendments, restructurings, and secondary transactions Review transaction documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal requirements Facilitate funding activities, including settlement instructions, cash movement coordination, and closing checklists Liaise with borrowers, agents, legal counsel, and other transaction stakeholders throughout the closing lifecycle Maintain transaction records and ensure timely updates within internal systems Partner with portfolio management, finance, and operations teams to support post-closing activities Monitor closing timelines and proactively identify and elevate potential issues or delays Assist with process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and controls Support reporting, audits, and ad hoc projects as needed . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field 2-6 years of experience in loan operations, loan closing, syndicated bank loans, private credit, fund operations, or a related financial services environment Familiarity with loan documentation and transaction workflow #J-18808-Ljbffr Northbound Executive Search
