The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and understand manufacturing processes and product specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., production, logistics)
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCSP, ICM)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in languages relevant to global supply chains
